I can support you to overcome life’s obstacles to be your authentic self while developing the awareness to become more confident, adaptable, and resilient in your life.

In my sessions, I use a range of talk therapy and EMDR trauma processing. Together, we can explore your inner thoughts, hopes and fears, recognize choices within your control while adapting to changes that are not, and resolve disharmony with others and within yourself.

As someone who has managed major life changes in my own life numerous times, I understand the multitude of emotions that come with it. I provide a warm and inviting space for clients to feel comfortable. I want your therapy session to feel like a conversation with someone you trust, free of judgement and full of understanding and empathy.
